  • 24/7, 365 stand-by for incidents and crisis affecting member’s vessel IT, vessel OT and land-based or cloud infrastructure

  • Technical support and mitigation advice

  • Resource management

  • Coordination between members, authorities and other relevant stakeholders

  • Participation in cyber response exercises (and exercise scenarios available in member portal)

 

External Monitoring

  • Deep/Dark web monitoring

  • Vulnerability scan of internet exposed services

  • Alerting to individual members where exposure is detected

 

Network

  • Be part of our Network of members and partners

  • Competence and knowledge sharing through conferences, webinars and workshops

  • Access to the NORMA Member Council - an arena to share knowledge and information but the council is also a part of our governance structure

Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC)

  • Flexible and cost-effective solution for monitoring:

    • Vessel IT

    • Vessel OT

    • Land-based infrastructure

    • Cloud infrastructure

  • Automated response can be provided

  • Threat hunting and incident response is included

 

Penetration Testing

Build up-phase. Fully operational from 2025.

  • Simulation of cyber attacks against IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems

  • Identifies vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of security measures

 

Maritime Vendor / Affiliate membership

NORMA Cyber offer a vendor/affiliate membership to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or other type of maritime vendors/parties. This type of membership is also offered to international organisations.

The following services are included in this type of membership:

  • Threat Intelligence - access to all NORMA Cyber’s reports and access to our member portal

  • Incident Response and coordination

  • Access to NORMA Conferences

  • Listed as a NORMA Cyber vendor / affiliate member on our webpage

  • Possibility to refer to the NORMA membership on vendor member’s own webpage and other relevant places

*The vendor / affiliate membership does not have access to the NORMA Cyber Member Council (which is a part of our governance structure).
